305 Foot Ramp to Ramp Jump
In
1996, Earnie Adams became the first
man to ever set up a 300 foot jump. As fate would
have it, the weather did not cooperate, and Adams wisely chose not
to attempt the jump.
Well,
he’s back to finish
what he started.
There’s not really much to say. Hundreds of thousands of people
gather in stadiums each and every Saturday and Sunday, from September
through January, to watch their favorite teams line up and go head
to head in a game of college or professional football.
Picture
Earnie Adams hitting the end of the ramp on one goal line . .
- Speed:
92 miles per hour
- Ramp
Height: 4
½ stories tall
He’ll
land about 5 feet past the goal line on the opposite
side of the field.
It
won’t take long. But the memory of seeing this will last a
lifetime!!!!!
